RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy for Luxury Hair Extensions

At Brat Status, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality luxury hair extensions and exceptional customer service. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a detailed return and exchange policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for hair extensions that are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be in its original condition, free from any alterations, and not tampered with.
  2. Process: How to Initiate a Return

    • Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@bratstatus.com or bratstatushair@gmail.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    • Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Return Authorization:  Please include the return authorization number with your return.
    • Shipping: Securely package the hair extensions and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50.
  3.  Return Shipping Costs

    • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
    • Prepaid Labels: In certain cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. This will be communicated to you by our customer service team.
  4. Non-Eligible Items:

    • Hair extensions that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Certain items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.
  5. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  6. Exchanges:

    • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
