We are dedicated to providing exceptional hair services in a professional and friendly environment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review and adhere to our policies. Thank you for your cooperation.
General Policies
  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Appointments Only: Walk-ins are not available at this time. Please schedule your appointment in advance.
 Preparation for Appointments
  • Braid Services: Clients must arrive with hair detangled, braids removed, shampooed, free of product, and blow-dried. Shampoo services are available as an add-on for an additional $20.
  • Extensions and Coloring: Hair extensions for color services must be dropped off at least 5 days before your appointment. Late submissions will incur an $85 rush fee.
Payment
  • Preferred Payment: Cash is the preferred payment method. If using another form of payment, a 3% processing fee will applied.
 Punctuality
  • Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your appointment. 
  • Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancelled, and rescheduling will be required.
  • Late Fee: A $2 fee will be charged for every minute late beyond the 15-minute grace period, with the stylist’s approval.
 Cancellations and No-Shows
  • Cancellation Notice: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations will require a $25 deposit for future bookings, applied to your service.
  • No-Shows: A no-show or late arrival over 15 minutes will incur a $65 rebooking fee, which is not applied to the service. After three missed or late appointments, you will no longer be able to book services at Brat Status.
 Children and Additional Guests
  • Children: Only the child being serviced is allowed in the salon. We cannot accommodate additional children. We do not service children who cry during their appointment. Special arrangements can be made for such cases at an additional fee.
  • Guests: Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment.
 Products and Accessories
  • Extensions and Accessories: Hair extensions and accessories are not included in service pricing but are available for purchase at the salon.
  • Reinstallations: We do not reinstall wigs previously installed by other hairdressers. Reused bundles must be washed, dried, and separated prior to your appointment. Additional fees apply if the stylist must perform these services.
 Communication
  • Inquiries: We respond to messages from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. All inquiries will be addressed by the end of the day.
  • Same-Day Appointments: For same-day appointments, please contact the salon directly to confirm availability.
Hair Drop-off/Pick-up
  • Schedule: Hair drop-off and pick-up times are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Confirm your drop-off day in advance and text an hour before arriving.
