Please Please Please Read !!! Policy is strictly enforced
- I WILL NOT service children who cry when getting hair done. Child will need to seat for duration of service without crying. If you would like to book a service for a child that cries please contact salon for availability there is a fee associated with this service.
- Only children being serviced is allowed in the salon. NO ADDITIONAL CHILDERN.
- We DO NOT service children who will not sit for duration of service nor that will cry during service.
- Hair accessories are not included in service pricing but can be purchased at salon.
- Braiding hair is not included in service pricing but can be purchased at salon.
- Please come detangled/ braids removed, shampooed, free of product and blow dry for braid services. Shampoo services are available as an add on service which is $20 Additional.
- Preferred payment method is CASH. If other form of payment is preferred by customer, customer is responsible for processing fee of 3% of their total.
- Please arrive on time.
- Arriving more than 15 mins late with NO CORRESPONDENCE may lead to your appointment being CANCELLED and you will have to reschedule.
- $2 fee for every minute late after 15 mins if ok‘ed by stylist after 15 min grace.
- No call no shows will require a $65 deposit for ALL future appointments.
- 48 hour NOTICE is required if you are unable to make your appointment. Last minute cancellations will require a $25 deposit to book again. This deposit is applied to service.
- 2 no call/ no show and/ or arriving 15 mins late Will result in a $65 rebooking fee that will not be applied to the service. More then 3 missed appointments or lateness will result in no longer being able to book services at Brat Status.
- Hair extensions are available for purchase please contact salon in advance to see what’s available.
- For any hair extension color services wigs, bundles etc. hair must be received 5 days before your appointment. ANYTHING LATER RESULTS IN A LATE FEE of $85 FOR RUSHED SERVICES.
- Drop off/Pick Up hair schedule is Monday through Friday 11am-7pm. Please receive confirmation on the day you would like to drop off and ALWAYS TEXT A HOUR BEFORE COMING!!
- We will respond to your messages from Tuesday -Saturday from 10:00am 7:00 pm. (PLEASE WAIT 24hrs FOR A RESPONSE! WE WILL GET BACK TO YOUR INQUIRIES) Please do not mind delayed responses in texts, throughout the conversation, we will be responding to all inquires by end of day!
- WE DON'T REINSTALL WIGS THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED FROM PRIOR HAIRDRESSERS! IF BUNDLES ARE BEING REUSED, PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE THEM WASHED AND COMPLETELY DRIED & SEPARATED ! If stylist have to conduct this service there is a fee for this service.
- Walk-Ins are currently unavailable.

- Deposits and Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
